Favorite campsite yet.

I even had the energy to make a morning video and instant coffee review before heading off.

We walked about 20 miles along the side of a mountain and it changed gradually from arid desert to lush forest.

I took a nice siesta to escape the afternoon heat, my first of the trip.

By early evening we reached the 100 mile mark.

I thought often of my childhood heroes Sam Gribley and Uncle Traveling Matt, thanks for paving the way my friends.
